What we are proposing
You have hands on the website already. What you said you were missing is somebody who knows what needs doing and can tell you whether it worked. That is the job we are offering to do, monthly, for a fixed fee.
In one line: every month we look at what Google and your visitors actually did, and we hand you a short numbered list of what to change next, in order of what it is worth.
Why we are confident there is work worth doing
Google still lists six addresses from your previous website. Every one of them now leads to an error page, and not one forwards the visitor to the page that replaced it.
Those pages had already earned their place in search, and every other website that ever linked to you through one of them is now pointing at nothing. It is the single most common thing to go wrong when a site is rebuilt, it is invisible unless somebody checks, and it is fixable in about a day.
Nobody was going to spot that without looking. That is the whole point of what we are offering.
The two ways to buy it
The Monthly Report
You want to know what to do. You and your developer do it.
$179
plus GST a month. No contract, cancel any month.
The Monthly Report, plus the work
You want someone in your corner, checking the numbers with you and making sure things get done.
$299
plus GST a month. No contract, cancel any month.
Both prices are plus GST. Nothing is locked in, and you can move between the two or stop whenever you want.
The honest answer to "how does this get me more customers"
Not one of these is a trick. They are the plain things that get missed, and they compound, which is why this is monthly rather than a one off job.
Your developer points those six dead addresses at the pages that replaced them, using the exact list we give him. The visits Google was already sending you start arriving again, and every link pointing at them starts counting for you instead of disappearing.
Fastest result. Usually weeks, because Google already knows those addresses.
Three of your pages currently tell Google they are called "One Day Tours". Six more all call themselves "5 Days Tour", including your airport transfers page. When several pages claim to be the same thing, Google picks one and discounts the rest.
Each tour starts competing for its own search instead of against your other tours.
Your Akaroa page has nearly 2,500 words of genuinely good writing. The only headings Google can find on it say "Recent Posts" and "Get In Touch", so it has no idea the page is about Akaroa day tours.
A page that already deserves to rank becomes able to.
You have 93 real reviews and your website shows none of them. We give your developer the exact instructions to put them on the page, linked so a visitor can click and check, alongside your price and how long the tour takes.
The cheapest customer you will ever get, because you are already paying to bring them there.
Once it is all measured, we can tell you which tours people want, which searches are worth writing for, and whether advertising would pay. Right now nobody can answer any of that, including us.
This is what the monthly fee is really buying you. Decisions made on numbers instead of guesses.
$720
your smallest tour, at your four person minimum
Your Christchurch day tour is NZD 180 a head with a minimum of four people. One extra booking covers more than two months of the full service. We are not asking you to believe in a big number, just that five months of this finds you two more bookings a year than you get now.
Not part of either option, and deliberately so. Right now nothing on your site can tell whether a booking came from an ad, so spending on advertising would be spending blind. Once the measurement has been running for a few months, we will be able to tell you honestly whether ads would pay for themselves, and on which tours. If they would, that is a separate conversation.
If you want to start
You can move between them later, or stop. Nothing is locked in.
We are not replacing him. The first thing we send is a list for him, and we would rather he hears that from you.
They go in your name either way. You keep them whatever happens between us.
Every figure here was measured from your own website, your Google Business Profile and your Tripadvisor listing on 21 September 2026. Where something could not be measured, it has been left out rather than guessed at.
